Background

Verifone Inc. is a global leader in electronic point-of-sale (POS) systems and payment solutions, serving industries from retail to hospitality across more than 150 countries. Following its acquisition by Francisco Partners in 2018, Verifone continued to innovate—expanding its platform capabilities and evolving its digital tools for merchant ecosystems.

As an independent designer post-Google, I partnered with Verifone to lead UX/UI efforts for a new internal dashboard experience aimed at streamlining operations and improving usability across merchant-facing tools.
